Florida Business Enterprises Program
The Florida Business Enterprises Program (BEP) is one of the largest vending and food services programs operated by people who are legally blind in the United States. The Florida Business Enterprises Program provides job opportunities in the food service sector for eligible blind persons under the Randolph-Sheppard Act. Job opportunities include: Snack Bar, Cafeteria, Highway Vending Machines, or Non-Highway Vending.

Important Notice
A revision of the B.E.P. Policies and Procedures Manual will soon be released to replace the June 2002 version of the Manual. The new revision will incorporate Policy Memoranda issued from that point forward to date. Any reference to “Handbook” in any other B.E.P. documents shall be considered a reference to the most current revision of the “Manual.”
The Manual may be revised as needed with the most current and official edition always available on the B.E.P. Web site at http://dbs.myflorida.com/bep/manual/.
By January 1, 2010, all Licensees and Vendors must establish and maintain an active e-mail account to receive important bulletins, announcements, product recalls and Manual change alerts from B.E.P. Such electronic communications will be in a Microsoft Office Word format or an Internet link to the information being conveyed.
