First a few basic details.

  1. To register you will need to go to https://vendor.myfloridamarketplace.com/ .  This is a secure website.  You may get a pop-up window in your browser regarding security issues.  Select okay if you do, otherwise you cannot register.
  2. MyFloridaMarketPlace has minimum browser version required.  These minimum requirements are Netscape Navigator 6.21 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5. Browser settings: SSL - 128 bit encryption.
  3. When you go to the registration page, there are two vendor login boxes.  One is for returning vendors.  One is for new vendors.  You must go to the second one until you establish a user name and password..  You will be asked your company's name, your TAX ID type.  This is your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or your Social Security Number (SSN) if you are doing business as an individual.
  4. Once you enter the site, you will navigate using the local page menu.  Believe it or not the first item on the menu is required information.  Knowing what you need to register, and a bit about the process should make it easier to register with no or limited assistances.
