Commitment Information: If the prospective vendor accepts this location as his or her first Type I - Licensed Operator Facility Agreement, a one year commitment is required as a condition of acceptance.
Testing Information: The test for the September 2009 Selections will take place on October 12, 2009, starting promptly at 2:00 PM in the District Office designated by the applicant in his or her application. Persons arriving after that time will be turned away and disqualified for further consideration. The test shall conclude no later than 4:00 PM, unless a time extension has been prior approved by the BEP Compliance Director as a reasonable accommodation.
No additional notice or correspondence will be sent to an applicant regarding the test’s location, time or date. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the designated District Office for directions if needed.
Interview Information: The Selection Panel will meet at 1:30 PM on October 26, 2009 in the Division’s Tampa District Office located at 415 South Armenia Avenue. You can use a web site like Map Quest for driving directions or call the office at 813-871-7190. Interviews for qualified applicants may begin as early as late afternoon that day or at appointed times the following days. It is expected that the Panel’s business will be concluded by 5:00 PM on October 29, 2009, if not sooner depending on number of applicants qualifying for an interview.
The Compliance Director will advise qualified applicants by e-mail or telephone of the specific date and time of their interview. No additional notice or correspondence will be sent to an applicant regarding his or her interview time or date.
