Reimbursement

MyFloridaMarketPlaceIn Florida, state agencies, including the Division of Blind Services, must use MyFloridaMarketPlace to process fiscal transactions.  Therefore, if you want reimbursed for costs that are out of pocket, you must be sure you are registered in MyFloridaMarketPlace and keep the address where you want a reimbursement check sent up-to-date. You also must keep the Division of Blind Services up-to-date.

MyFloridaMarketPlace Address Changes

All licensees, vendors and trainees must register with MyFloridaMarketPlace. If you change your address, this change must be made in MyFloridaMarketPlace or you will experience delays in reimbursements. You can view related rules to MyFloridaMarketPlace if want details.

Notify Blind Services of Address, Phone or Email Changes

All licensees, vendors and trainees need to keep the Division of Blind Services informed of their current mailing address, telephone numbers and email address. If changes occur, you may email them to shirley.powell@dbs.fldoe.org or call her at (850) 245-0325. When these changes are noted in the Division’s records, you still must make changes to MyFlorida MarketPlace to get reimbursement checks.
