There are two Committee of Vendors' meeting listed below:

- August 7 to 9 - Read Agenda
- November 20 to 22
Time of Meetings
- Thursdays’ are travel days if needed
- Fridays’ meeting will run form 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturdays’ meeting will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
