2009 - BEP Biennial Seminar
All Food Service Operators and Trainees are invited to attend the Business Enterprises Program Biennial 2009 Seminar. This year’s seminar is called “Key to How the Pieces Fit.” The Seminar will be on August 14, 15 and 16, 2009.
The purpose of the seminar is:
- To provide training opportunities, and
- To hold the Election of Officers.
You also will be able to get together with other vendors to share business experiences and just have a great time.

To register for the seminar, complete the registration form. Then mail it to:

Hotel
This year’s seminar will be held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. To qualify for the group rate, reserve your room by July 20, 2009. Call the Rosen Plaza Hotel at 1-800-627-8258 to make your reservation. Use the Rosen Plaza Hotel Fact Sheet to learn more about the hotel.
Travel Reimbursement
To be reimbursed for travel expenses, you must have an active contract to operate a facility at the time of the seminar. No prior approval is needed if you are using a personal car.
However, you must contact Susan Johnson, for any other travel method or if you are traveling with another manager. You can call Susan Johnson at 850-245-0312. Alternative travel methods must be approved by July 24, 2009. This will insure that additional travel costs will be reimbursed.
