Purging Inactive Vendors in AWARE

This policy will be reviewed and updated as needed.
Keep the DBS electronic case management system up to date to promote more efficient delivery of services.
AUTHORITY (if applicable)
DBS Districts shall identify and purge inactive vendors every six months and send notification of identified purged vendors to the designee in the fiscal section of the state office. Fiscal designee will remove the submitted inactive vendor(s) form FLAIR. Districts shall review their vendors every six months and purge as needed. However, if a vendor is only used once or twice a year, the vendor will not need to be purged. Once a vendor is purged, the vendor will need to re-register in Myfloridamarketplace.com before they can be used again.
